Insist on doing high-precision customer favorite technology products
Industrial Weather Station is an integrated meteorological monitoring device specifically developed for flammable and explosive locations such as chemical plants and oil depots. It integrates data acquisition, storage, and communication uploading, and features a five-proof design: corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof. It can be connected to PLC and DCS systems for data processing and analysis.
Industrial Weather Station is an integrated meteorological monitoring device specifically designed for flammable, explosive, and high-risk locations such as chemical plants, oil depots, tunnels, and mines. This device integrates data acquisition, storage, and communication uploading, and connects to the backend host computer management software or the central control room PLC/DCS system via wired communication to achieve real-time processing and analysis of meteorological data. The product adopts a high-protection design concept, including corrosion resistance, explosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof features, allowing for long-term stable operation in complex and hazardous environments such as chemical plant areas.
Regarding sensor configuration, Industrial Weather Station uses a top-cover concealed ultrasonic probe design, effectively avoiding interference from rain, snow accumulation, and natural wind obstruction on the measurement data. The wind speed and direction measurement utilizes the principle of continuous frequency conversion ultrasonic signals, achieving high-precision detection by measuring relative phase. The equipment can simultaneously monitor five meteorological parameters: wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. The sensor employs an integrated structural design. The sensor housing is made of ASA material, possessing excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, capable of withstanding the corrosive gases commonly found in chemical industrial parks.
For data acquisition and transmission, Industrial Weather Station supports RS232 and RS485 standard communication protocols, allowing direct connection to DCS systems or explosion-proof screens for data display. The standalone version has a data storage capacity of no less than 500,000 records, meeting the needs of long-term data recording. The equipment consumes only 1.75W-2.0W and operates on AC220V power.
Regarding safety certification, the equipment manufacturer possesses an Ex ia IIC T6 Ga high-level explosion-proof certificate and has passed certifications for two national standards: GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.4-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 4: Equipment Protected by Intrinsically Safe 'i'". The manufacturer also holds a 3A-level credit rating.
Industrial Weather Station can be widely used in critical areas such as around chemical plant reactors, tank farm roofs, and loading/unloading platforms. It can also be deployed in oil depot storage tank areas, railway loading/unloading trestles, mine ventilation openings, and tunnel working faces. By monitoring meteorological parameters such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, and air pressure in real time, the system can automatically trigger an early warning when the monitored data exceeds a preset threshold, effectively preventing safety accidents such as fires and explosions caused by meteorological factors.
