The FT-FB02 explosion-proof weather station integrates data acquisition, storage, communication, and display functions, designed to meet the requirements of various scenarios such as chemical plants, oil depots, tunnels, and mines.

 

Core Technical Features:

 

The weather station adopts a "five-proof" design philosophy, namely waterproof, explosion-proof, dustproof, shockproof, and corrosion-resistant. The enclosure is made of corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant ASA or stainless steel, enabling it to withstand harsh environments. The sensors utilize ultrasonic principles to measure wind speed and direction. The probe features a top-covered hidden design, effectively avoiding interference from rain and snow accumulation and natural wind obstruction. The device integrates a combined sensor for five elements: wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure.

Wind Speed: Measuring range 0–60 m/s, accuracy ±0.1 m/s

 

Wind Direction: Measuring range 0–360°, accuracy ±1°

 

Air Temperature: Measuring range -40°C to 80°C, accuracy ±0.3°C

Data Storage: The standalone version can store no less than 500,000 data entries

 

System Functions and Certifications:

 

The device connects via RS232 wired communication to an explosion-proof screen for real-time data display and supports the standard Modbus protocol, facilitating integration with backend systems.

 

The FT-FB02 has obtained the high-level explosion-proof certificate Ex ia IIC T4 Ga and complies with Chinese national explosion-proof standards such as GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010, ensuring safe use in explosive atmospheres.
