High-Protection Design: It adopts a "Five-Protection" design philosophy: anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof. The sensor housing uses corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant ASA material, enabling it to adapt to the harsh conditions within mines.

 

Integrated Sensor: It integrates the monitoring of five meteorological elements—wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure—into a single sensor. The top cover incorporates hidden ultrasonic probes, effectively avoiding interference from rain/snow accumulation and obstruction from natural wind.

 

Monitoring Principle: Wind speed and direction are measured by emitting continuous frequency-modulated ultrasonic signals and measuring the relative phase.

 

Flexible Data Transmission: The device supports RS485 wired communication and can be directly connected to the mine's existing DCS system or central control room PLC for data processing and analysis. It also features data storage capability, with the standalone version capable of storing no less than 500,000 data entries.
