It operates based on the principle of emitting continuous frequency-modulated ultrasonic signals, obtaining wind speed and direction data by detecting relative phase shifts. This overcomes the reliance on high-precision timers in traditional equipment and avoids measurement errors caused by temperature variations and circuit delays.
The product's detailed design is fully adapted to complex working conditions. The hidden ultrasonic probes in the top cover prevent interference from rain/snow accumulation and natural wind obstruction, while the snap-fit probe design addresses loosening issues during transportation and installation. As a device with no moving parts, it operates with zero wear and tear. Paired with an ASA engineering plastic housing, it maintains color stability in outdoor applications for years and requires no on-site calibration, reducing maintenance costs.
The sensor's measurement accuracy and safety both meet high industry standards. Its wind speed measurement error is only ±0.1m/s, with a temperature accuracy of ±2°C. The manufacturer holds a high-level explosion-proof certification (Ex ia IIC T6 Ga). Equipped with a watchdog circuit and an automatic reset function, it can operate stably in hazardous environments.
