1. Non-Display Version FT-FB01

The FT-FB01 Industrial Weather Station is a highly integrated professional device that combines data collection, storage, and communication upload functions. Through wired communication, it seamlessly connects with background host computer management software or PLC/DCS systems in central control rooms for in-depth data processing and precise analysis.

Designed with a high-protection concept, this weather station features multiple protective properties (corrosion-proof, explosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof), enabling stable operation in complex and harsh environments such as chemical plants, oil depots, tunnels, and mines. Its unique hidden ultrasonic probe design in the top cover effectively avoids interference from snow/rain accumulation and natural wind obstruction. It works by transmitting continuous frequency-modulated ultrasonic signals and accurately detecting wind speed/direction by measuring relative phase. It is also equipped with a five-in-one sensor for wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure.

The FT-FB01 supports personalized customization, allowing flexible configuration of monitoring elements according to user needs. The stand-alone version can store over 500,000 data entries, meeting diverse usage requirements.

2. LCD Display Version FT-FB02

This weather station integrates data collection, storage, transmission, and display functions. Through wired connection, real-time meteorological data is clearly presented on a 1m×0.5m explosion-proof display screen composed of 9 P10 unit boards.

The FT-FB02 inherits the sensing technology of the FT-FB01. Its hidden ultrasonic probe in the top cover, combined with continuous frequency-modulated detection technology, accurately measures wind speed/direction, while the five-in-one sensor ensures comprehensive and accurate data collection. The weather station adopts an integrated architecture for extremely convenient installation and disassembly. The sensor housing is made of ASA material, featuring excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance to effectively extend the equipment's service life. It also supports docking with multiple background protocols, greatly enhancing flexibility and compatibility for a convenient and efficient user experience.

3. Large Screen Version FT-FB01S

The large screen version FT-FB01S offers more eye-catching data display, suitable for scenarios where multiple people need to view meteorological data simultaneously, such as monitoring centers in large chemical parks. It also has excellent explosion-proof, corrosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof performance, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments. Its data collection and transmission functions are similar to the other two models—meteorological data such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, and air pressure are accurately transmitted and displayed on the large screen via wired communication, allowing staff to intuitively and clearly obtain real-time meteorological information for timely decision-making.
