Through a wired communication method, it can display data in real time on the explosion-proof screen and accurately monitor key meteorological parameters such as wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, air humidity, and atmospheric pressure. The wind speed measurement range is 0 to 60m/s, with an accuracy of ±0.1m/s; the wind direction measurement range is 0 to 360°, with an accuracy of ±2°; the air temperature measurement range is -40°C to 85°C, with an accuracy of ±0.3°C; the air humidity measurement range is 0 to 100% RH, with an accuracy of ±2% RH; and the atmospheric pressure measurement range is 300hPa to 1100hPa, with an accuracy of ±0.25%.

The FT-FB02 Explosion proof weather station adopts a design with high protection levels such as anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof, enabling it to easily cope with various harsh scenarios. It supports serial port data reception, processing, and display, and is compatible with communication methods such as json character strings and modbus485, as well as the standard modbus protocol, making it convenient for seamless docking with a variety of background protocols. The hidden ultrasonic probe design on the top cover can effectively avoid external interference and ensure the accuracy of the measurement data. The sensor housing is made of ASA material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. This weather station adopts a low-power design and is powered by AC220V, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, stable, and reliable.

The collected data will be safely stored in the built-in high-performance storage module. The data storage capacity of the stand-alone version is not less than 500,000 pieces. Through the communication module, these data can be conveniently transmitted to external devices or cloud platforms. Its RS232 interface is connected to an explosion-proof screen with an internal screen size of 1 meter × 0.5 meters, which is assembled from 9 P10 unit boards. It can intuitively and clearly display various meteorological parameters, making it convenient for the staff to view and monitor in real time.
